A large 250ml re-fill bottle of Knife Pivot Lube (KPL) "Original" formula. This bottle is capable of giving a total 25 full re-fills of any existing KPL 10ml, refillable needle applicator bottle.

RE-FILL DIRECTIONS.

All you need to do to refill your 10ml bottle is to start off by - removing needle applicator from your 10ml bottle between where the thread starts and the applicator starts, prying the needle applicator from the bottle,  and pull applicator in an upwards direction to separate. 

Then something such as a small oral medicine syringe or dropper - basically anything that fits inside your 10ml bottles top opining, then your ready to refill your bottle, it's as easy as that!
