Southern Strop Co. specialises in premium, handcrafted kangaroo leather strops, proudly Australian made from locally and sustainably sourced materials to ensure consistent quality and reliable supply.

Each strop is the result of extensive prototyping and continual refinement, hand-made from advanced, high-performance materials selected for their natural uniformity, unique properties, and proven durability.

This full-sized, hand filling, premium strop features a uniform, naturally finished thin cut of Kangaroo leather, approximately 1.5mm (0.06″) thick, mounted flesh (suede) side up, on a 20mm (0.8″) thick, precision CNC-cut, gloss black polycarbonate base, providing confidence inspiring stability and control in hand.

Each strop undergoes a rigorous quality control process to ensure you receive nothing but the best. The result is a precise combination of class-leading materials, engineered for lasting performance to produce a lightweight, highly durable strop.
